1.1. 100% of the payment should be made in advance.
1.2. Our tour shall be governed by and construed by the rules, Laws, regulations, taxes, and best practices of the respective country (country of visit). Tourists shall adhere to the rules and laws of the country they visit. They are requested to read and understand the rules, regulations, and practices of each country before departure. Brilliant Choice International or our associate are not responsible for the violation/s and tourists will be held responsible for the same.
1.3. Tourists can carry their luggage in our vehicles but at their own risk. Brilliant Choice International or our associate do not hold any responsibility for the loss of luggage throughout the tour
1.4. We strongly recommend our guest to keep their luggage at the hotel and carry only necessary travel needs during the trips.
1.5. Brilliant Choice International or our associate will not be responsible for loss of or damage to luggage or personal belongings and the contents therein (including any valuables) during stay at Hotels & during the journey.
1.6. Guests are advised to obtain insurance to cover curtailment, and loss of luggage, personal effects, damages, and money/valuable belongings.
1.7. Rates are subject to change due to fluctuations depending on time and circumstances, Brilliant Choice International or our associate will not be held responsible for offering a price match to a previously seen rate.
1.8. The itinerary may be modified based on various factors like and not limited to maintenance of monuments, museums, major events like sports conventions, religious festivals, climate, government rules, time limitations etc.
1.9. Brilliant Choice International or our associate reserves the right to change itinerary or dates or cancel a tour due to unforeseen reasons and will not take any responsibility for any charges the customer may incur due to change in itinerary.
1.10. All services will be as per those specified and paid for as per Service Vouchers. If you avail of any service which is not included in the Package or get yourself upgraded, then the payment for the same will have to be cleared by you directly. Please note that tips, gratuities, room service, laundry, excess baggage charge, a la carte meals, alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, etc. are not included unless specifically mentioned as included.
1.11. Please note that travel insurance is not included in the tour price and all medical costs and other costs involved must be paid by the client. It is therefore strongly recommended to our clients to purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure to meet any contingencies.
1.12. The package prices doesn’t include special dinner or mandatory charges levied by the hotels, especially during New Year and other special occasions.
1.13. Preponing or postponing a confirmed tour may result in additional costs..
1.14. If you are using an offer while making the booking, then the same will be subject to the terms and conditions of the offer. Offers cannot be clubbed with any other offer on Brilliant Choice International or our associate
1.15. Any communication directed at the address or made through/on the contact details such as e-mail id, cell phone/telephone no. /fax no. of the customer as disclosed in the booking communication or made to the travel agent through whom the customer has made the bookings with the company shall be deemed to have been communicated to and received by the customer. Brilliant Choice International or our associate shall not be responsible for any error on part of the mode of communication or the Travel Agent in this regard.
1.16. Brilliant Choice International or our associate reserves the right to call you back on the contact number shared by you / on the website.
1.17. By providing your personal information on our website or over the telephone to our travel experts, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information by Brilliant Choice International or our associate. Some information and e-mails sent to Brilliant Choice International or our associate by customers may be used as testimonials but no e-mail address or contact details will be displayed with the same.
1.18. Kindly be informed that the images, contents, and all the destinations in the holiday package on our website are of a representational and informative nature only.
1.19. Brilliant Choice International or our associate accepts no responsibility for any inaccurate description, content, or inaccuracy mentioned in the package or on the website.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY
3.1. 30 days or more before departure – 70% of tour cost
3.2. 15-29 days before departure – 75% of tour cost
3.3. 7-14 days before departure – 85% of tour cost
3.4. 6 or fewer days before departure – 95% of tour cost
3.5. 48 hours or fewer before departure – 100% of tour cost
4. REFUND POLICY
4.1. If the tour or any part thereof cannot be conducted due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure, the Brilliant Choice International or our associate shall not be responsible to give any refund to you. However, at its sole discretion, Brilliant Choice International or our associate gives the refund based on various factors like the number of participants, the cancellation policies of suppliers like hoteliers, coach operators, etc. the decision of the Brilliant Choice International or our associate on the quantum of refund shall be final. It would take at least minimum of 15 to 45 days or more to process the refund (if due).
4.2. It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund whatsoever if the Client does not or cannot utilize any of the services like meals, transport, hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours etc., due to any reason whatsoever.
4.3. Refunds (If any) for amendments and/or cancellations will be paid directly to the Client for booking made directly with Brilliant Choice International or our associate by way of NEFT / RTGS / Crossed cheque or by credit card it will be reversed to their credit card account at the discretion of the Brilliant Choice International or our associate. It would at least take 45 days or more to process refunds.
4.4. Any service booked in advance and cancelled as per booking policy, refund will be done in the same mode of payment after deducting cancellation charges and actual bank charges if any for refund. ( to customer bank account if paid by bank transfer, net banking mode/credit/debit card – reversal to their respective credit card account will be done. This process will take 15 to 45 days or more to reflect in their account.
4.5. No refund will be made in case of Mechanical trouble to the vehicle enroute or landslide or any other reason beyond the control of Brilliant Choice International or our associate.
4.6. Clients have option to keep their refund money in our account and collect credit certificate and utilise the same with 24 months.
5. CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL
5.1. The client will have to strictly follow the Tour Program. There shall be no refund, if the client fails to join the group at the commencement of the tour, or joins the group later or leaves the group before tour ends. It shall be noted that for all purposes, it shall be the responsibility of the client to reach the place of commencement of the tour and register with the representative of Brilliant Choice International or our associate at the appointed place, date, and time.
5.2. In case where a client along with his family is compelled to discontinue the tour due to any reason whatsoever including illness, death or loss of any travel documents, no claim shall be entertained for refund of unutilized services. Even if a client is unable to reach the place of commencement of the tour due to any reason whatsoever including loss of baggage or loss of travel documents, his booking shall be treated as “no show” on the tour and 100% cancellation charges will be levied.
5.3. If a client avails pre – tour services or part thereof, or the air tickets (if booked under any offer) but fails to join the group for the main tour at the appointed place, or cancels the tour after using the air tickets or pre – tour arrangements or part thereof, it shall be treated as “no show” and there will be no refund whatsoever for the unutilized pre-tour or main tour services.
5.4. The Brilliant Choice International or our associate reserves the right to withdraw tour membership of any client whose behavior is deemed likely to affect the smooth operation of the tour or adversely affect the enjoyment or safety of other passengers and the Brilliant Choice International or our associate shall be under no liability to any such person..
5.5. It is a condition of Booking that the client takes out a Holiday Insurance – Client may procure travel insurance (optional) at their own cost.
5.6. The prices quoted in our website / brochure have been calculated at the rate prevailing at the time of publishing/printing. THE BRILLIANT CHOICE INTERNATIONAL OR OUR ASSOCIATE reserves the right to amend the prices published in this brochure in case of fuel costs, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, hike in the airline/rail charges before the date of departure and to surcharge accordingly. The Client must pay for all such increases in price in full before the departure.
5.7. If no suit/action is brought against THE BRILLIANT CHOICE INTERNATIONAL OR OUR ASSOCIATE within 7 days of the last day of the tour, THE BRILLIANT CHOICE INTERNATIONAL OR OUR ASSOCIATE shall be discharged from all liabilities under/or arising out of this contract and the client shall be deemed to have relinquished/abandoned all his rights under or arising from this contract.
5.8. In case of publication of any travel scheme offering any discount or benefit by THE BRILLIANT CHOICE INTERNATIONAL OR OUR ASSOCIATE , we shall have the sole right to withdraw such a scheme or discount at any time unless a specific assurance of the contrary is published.
